Monday 2nd feb 2009 - Gosh is it february all ready. In the photo you can see a story that tells what happened the night before. I have mentioned in the past that looking after Cai when he is wellis like looking after a normal child that is sick, however when he is ill he requires total attention. Typically he became ill saturday evening and we decided to switch from the usual having him sleep upstairs to doing a split shift so that we could at least get some undisturbed sleep.
On teh floor you can see the used suction tools piled up as we hadn't had time to clear them, Cai however is awake and on the case. Cai recovered later on and was back annoying Luc by teatime, we were happy to see spitex arrive but our joy at looking forward to a full 7 hours sleep was shortlived as Luc cried every hour or so during the night, we managed to settle him by 4.30 so we had managed nearly two hours uninterrupted sleep by the time the alarm woke us up at 6.20
Tomorrow Cai is going to hospital for a scan to see what they can do about his blocked nose, we have to return a week later to discuss the results and actions possible.
The bigger boys are either holidaying or about to, Jason and Oliver flew out on saturday for a two week trip to Australia and Michael heads of to Florida this month.
