Saturday 31st Dec 2005 - Woweeeee what a year - I mean I was born for a start - I would tell you all about it but they shoved this big dummy in my mouth.
Cai is doing well, his feeding is now being done for an hour every four hours and we can take him out without the monitor, we still need to take the pump and emergency stuff with us but its less than before. Cai is putting on weight and getting longer (taller). Today Kerstin and I changed everything (the canula included) without supervision but with nurses within earshot.
So my message to you is "I hope the New Year is great for you, we for sure know we have an adventure ahead of us - charge your glasses and have a drink and a toast to your old friend - "last year" and then your new friend "the year 2006" and whatever friends and gifts it brings. Remember NO matter what is going on in your life there is always someone worse off (and someone better off)".
so HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! from Cai and family.
