Monday 2nd July 2007 - Urggh whats that on my hand says Cai! see next pic for the answer!
Its funny, Cai won't tolerate new things fro very long, he won't touch a lemon or quite a few other fruits and food, yet anything else goes straight in his mouth, his new pal however was free to wander over his hand without fear of being sucked to death.
Cai is doing Fine, it was my tun o do the saturday nightshift, so I had big plans to sort out the http://www.chargeacrosseurope.org website, alas Cai had other ideas, after having good nights all week, his oxygen levels wouldn't stay above 90, so I had to give him a trickle of oxygen to keep it above danger level. I inhaled with saline solution and also massaged him to try and loosen his chest but nothing, then at 03:15 he coughed and some green stuff came out and then his levels were fine and then at about 04:00 I could finally leave his bedside to work on the website for a couple of hours.
I still have more to do on it and can see a few spelling mistakes, but its better than before.
Otherwise Cai is doing fine, he is sweating after his food, which is a sign of the dumping syndrome (possible after his early stomach operation), but we are trying to give him normal baby food as much as possible with which he seems okay.
enjoy your week!!!
